This Advent Season we are once again ready for your generosity to pour forth as we collect gifts for the children at St. Martin DePorres Family Center, gift cards for the children at St. Michael’s Church on Scranton as well as donations for flowers for the homebound residents and area nursing facilities.
Instead of placing tags on a Giving Tree, we have printed tags in our bulletin which you can cut out and put on your gifts. There are gift tags representing money for flowers, gift cards for Walmart, McDonalds, Subway and Target as well as a candy cane indicating a gift for a boy (green) or girl (red). Please indicate on the candy cane girl/boy gift tag what the gift is along with the intended age of the child. If clothing, please indicate the size.
Deadline for dropping off wrapped gifts & gift cards, in the Church sanctuary, Parish Office or PSR Office is Sunday, December 12th in order that these agencies may have sufficient time to get our gifts to their clients before Christmas!
