Children’s liturgy of the Word is a worship experience especially tailored for pre-school thru elementary age children allowing them to hear the Scriptures in words they understand. This is offered starting the 3rd Sunday of September thru the 1st Sunday of June every year during the 11:00am Sunday Mass.
Children leave Mass with a blessing from the priest prior to the Mass readings and return during the preparation of the gifts. Children’s liturgy of the Word is held in a designated space in the Activities Center. Readings and instruction is facilitated by adult and teen volunteers.
