During Advent a Christmas tree located in the church vestibule is decorated to remind us those who are in need throughout the year and especially during the Advent and Christmas seasons. During Advent, cut-out paper ornaments can be found in the church bulletin, each describing a gift for a needy individual or organization. Parishioners are asked to cut out one or several of these ornaments, purchase the item and return the wrapped Christmas presents by the designated Sunday. Parishioners, with the assistance of our Youth Group, sort the gifts and distribute them to the needy.
